A service we provide is to broadcast the best in traditional, contemporary, and avant-garde poetry being written today.

 Our shows are an hour of poetry and music revolving around a theme: cars, outer space, sports, weather, body parts (nose, legs, eyes, hair), books, beginnings, fire, and the sea to name a few of our themes. 

The poems are audio recordings of the actual poet reading his or her poems. 

We broadcast the best poetry being written today from Fishousepoems.org, an audio archive of contemporary poetry, from The Academy of American Poets, The Palm Beach Poetry Festival, and from poets we record.  We are actively seeking other audio poetry archives to expand our library.  

We broadcast great contemporary music in every genre that supports the theme of each show from the Free Music Archive. We believe that one of the important goals of college radio has always been to introduce the listening audience to music they would not be able to hear anywhere else.
